that dream has come true! when I first heard that speech Martin Luther king gave a whole while back that was my first tought.. I saw it when I was on 5th grade I think (a rerun; I am 20 yrs old:) ...... I couldnt imagine a world like that of racial discrimination... I mean... racism still exists today but a world where the government actually encouraged it by segragating city schools, restaurants , etc... that I could not imagine. That scenario seemed like a whole differerent world to me, something out of twilight zone. Seated on that class as I saw across the room kids of all races seated together... I couldnt understand (back then) how good people could be so wrong in their opinions and way of thinking. but I like the fact that they abolished segregation.
