I have seen them at the mall SHEOMART but not sure which floor but when you get there ask any of the stall owner or shops sales lady they will be able to direct you so you dont have to walk looking for it.

you can go to glorietta and look for the specialty shop "personalize it". its located at the ground floor before the cinemas.
