I found a system of chemicals in the "Women's Prevention" magazine that told me this:
1. When you wake up use a cleanser that contains Salicylic acid and wipe your face with a cleansing pad before applying make-up.
2. When you come home from work or school in the afternoon, if you don't mind removing make-up, wash your face with a cream cleanser containing triclosan.
3. In the shower use a medicated scrub. St. Ives is affordable and works great!
4. Before going to bed use a Benzoyl Peroxide acne treatment cream.
Depending on the brands you buy, the total amount is less than Proactive and it works better. I faithfully follow this system and I have had acne in over 3 years. My outbreaks were so severe and I didn't know what to do, but this system helps me so much! It also doesn't hurt to use a make-up that is medicated or that doen't worsen acne.

first of all, when you find a pimple, do not dig it, it will leave a scab that is darker and more noticable. So what you do is wipe your face with a pad (those cleaning pads). Make sure you don't touch your face with dirty hands so you won't get more dirt in the area. Then, you need to wipe your face with the pad for 3 times a day: morning, lunch/after school and nighttime. After you shower, rub face cream after the pad. Make sure the cream isn't oily. Oil clogs the little open holes where the pimple could be formed. To prevent pimples, wash your face 3 times a day and don't touch it with dirty hands because you are picking up dirt and smushing it all over your face!

There are a lot of things you can do. You should start by using a daily cleanser. Shoppers Drug Mart has a lot of good cleansers. Then you can use Tea Tree Oil which you can get for about 10 dollars at Shoppers Drug Mart and it completely drys out any acne and will make it go away in the morning or so. The link will tell you all about keeping healthy, clean, clear skin.

Panoxyl Bar soap in 5% or 10 % benzoil peroxide. You can find it at any drugstore. Wash your face morning and night only. It can be drying so use a non-comedegenic mositurizer. It does work and u will see your pimples drying up in a matter of a week. Also keep using the soap ewven when ir pimples are gone to prevent new ones coming back. Good luck.

A friend of mine is using Tea Tree Oil (20 % solution/water soluble) which she applies full strength on affected area. Sometimes she uses lemon juice (from fresh lemon).
It works for her.

If you notice one coming, put regular white toothpaste on it. That brings it to a head faster and helps it heal faster as well.
