No, I had no implantation bleeding or spotting so I had no idea I could possibly be pregnant until I missed a period and took a test-good luck!

Implantation bleeding only occurs in about 20% of women.
It occurs when the fetilized egg embeds itself into the uterus.
The spotting usually lasts for a few days and can be either a pinkish or brown colour.
With my first pregnancy I had no implantation bleeding, however with my second one I did.
