So - this is not unusual.
I have done odd days of 19 hours (I did one last week and expect to do one this week too), and a few years ago one day of 42 hours (no that's not a typo).
In Europe, many production facilities (they called them factories when I was a lad) work rotating 12 hour shifts.

12 in one day only do about 15 - 20 hours a week out of the house and classed as a full time worker in what i do earning on average 1.5 to 2k every four weeks

doing what? seems like monday is the busyist day of the week and if not long hours for me at work its extra hours afterwor k doing the misc. things that fill alife

i end up working more than that everyday,when i get home from the office im up most of the night working from home.
