I love Yao Ming. Yao is a great person, quiet, polite and is a very hard worker. Can you believe he refused to dunk on people before because he said it was disrespectful? His PPG have continued to increase since his rookie year. His strength and conditioning have improved as well. His FG% is .522, FT% is excellent, especially for centers (.867), and has increased in blocks and assists. He has great range for a center and is working on increasing his range (this season, he made a fallaway jumper that was nearly a 3--his foot was on the line). He knows when to carry his team, and he plays hard every single day.

He is definitely the best center in the league today, and before his injury, people were starting to hint at the possibility of being MVP.

He was having the best year of his short time in the NBA.....
I think that since there are not that many true centers in the NBA (players like Duncan and Garnett r listed as PF but in essance they play the center position of their offenses)...

Yes, I determined he's for real when he went bucket for bucket with Kobe when they lost to the Lakers in OT right before he got hurt. Skies the limit for that behemoth if he can stay healthy and aggressive, no one can really stop him.
