Depends on the shift, how busy it is, and how far your tables are but if you are not used to this then I would say it is a long way or are you trying to lose weight? Great job for that.

depends on the restaurant. High end restaurants that are about 100 dollars a couple ( you will make about 15-30, depending on the table) Multiply that for the amount of tables you get per night.
I would walk with about 150 on a average. Keep in mind that you will only have about 3 tables at a time.
On lower end restaurants : you will make about 5-15 dollars per table. But with these restaurants you will have more tables at a time usually about 6 so sometimes it averages out. I would make anywhere between 70-100 at these. Occasionally 200 (coctailing).
Mostly depends on the server
What day of the week it is (sun-wed you make less, thurs thru sat you make more)
The restaurant
How busy the restaurant is on average and how many tables you will have in a night
The check average
and most of all who your cliental will be, stay away from family restaurants.

On the PP around 1 minute On the PK as long as it takes to clear the zone (over 30 seconds) At even strength I think most coaches like it short between 30 and 45 seconds for forwards It laregly depends on where the play is tho, if you are pinned in your zone or getting a lot of quality chances it will often times run over those marks
