I tried to have my Windows validated, but this problem occurs that my browser in unable to run activex. how can I fix this problem?

Do you see a yellow bar at the top under the address bar? Click on it and choose the option to allow activex.

If you are using IE, stay far away from Active X!
Most free windows scan sites are really just going to load you with crap in the form of adware and spyware .
But if you insist on learning your lesson the hard way. Enable active X with :
tools->internet options->advanced. You can find the option there to turn on ActiveX controls.
You'll hate your self 10 minutes later though.
