Also, can I use the Ogilvie Straightener even if I have used the flat iron within 12 weeks of usage?

yup, i used the ogilvie straightener stuff, and i was straightening my hair the next day. i would just advise using some of that spray stuff that you use to protect your hair from heat damage. : ) i didnt think the ogilvie straightener stuff worked very well, since i was straightening my hair the next morning. lol. as for the spray, i reccommend dangerously straight by herbal essences, because it smells AWESOME (like pears) and it also makes your hair really really soft, which is a big plus cause my hair tends to get fried when i straighten it. goood luck!! : )

With any chemical straightener it's advised that take care of your hair, period. You can use a flat iron but be sure not use too much heat too often.
