If the pain is chronic, it could be a suffocation of airway passages to the parts of the body, preventing the lungs to get air to all the parts of the body, or this could be constriction within the arteries and blood passages of the upper body. If the pain is dealing within the chest and left/both arms, it is definitely the heart. If just the right, it could be either lack of air or blood.

If the pain is acute, then this may be from lack of nutrition and daily activities and habits. This can also be associated with stress.

This constriction and lack of blood to parts of the body will cause some repulsions that are unpleasant and staggering. The lack of either air or blood can be in the upper quadrant of your torsoe and the lower part of the back. That could explain why you pass out often, because of the constriction of blood to the head causes it to malfunction. This also relates to the heart murmurs you get.

The only diagnosis I can recommend is to gently massage the lower neck and upper back, apply heat when you are awake but idle, and see a doctor immediately for direct diagnosis and immediate treatment.

Hope you get well soon.

Judging from the other questions on your profile you worry way too much about your physical health. I think you have more problems psychologically than physically and probably need a visit to a psychiatrist.
Your anxiety is not uncommon but could easily become an obsession. Stop worrying about your life ending and start enjoying it.

You need to go to the emergency room immediately! Do not wait! This is nothing to play with, especially since you have been diagnosed with heart problems already. If you cannot drive, call an ambulance!

its best to go see a doctor. online medical doctors are unclear. symptoms sound like anything, ranging from common cold to some rare virus. the best answer is going to see a doctor and getting a few tests done to get the real diagnosis.

Why are you asking this question on yahoo? It will only hurt you to ask people who do not have any medical knowledge to speculate on your health. Forget asking strangers to diagnose your illness and go get examined by a reliable doctor.

No one here can tell what is going on without examining you. You need to see a doc ASAP and get this checked out before something serious happens.

Go to the doctor. It sounds like you've been having mild heart attacks.
