No. Shawn Merriman dances on every big play--and he was not in on many of them this afternoon. He did not figure on many big plays. And, yes, LT was outrageous and Antonio Gates is a hall of fame candidate. But the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, especially on a well-coached team like the Patriots. The Patriots would rather go to Miami as a team than to Honolulu individually.

Hell yes, LT is one of the greatest players in the game, and yeah it was a close game and the Pats pulled it out again, but should have been better sports about, id be pissed if i was LT too, it was uncalled for, just cant wait for the Pats to meet the Bears in the Super Bowl and let Urlacher and Company get ahold of them, Bradys luck is about to run out, go Bears

How old are you Kitten, most people who have watched more than 2 years of football knows better
Chargers dirty ,????? you have the right state but wrong team
I can understand most think the way they do, but is old school fans who watched football since their childhood in the 70's , many things have changed
winners didn't taunt and tease flags were thrown for un sportsmen like conduct, this I want a be a thug thing or I'm entitled to my 15 minutes of fame wasn't tolerated
even bling bling wasn't allowed to be worn
their talent and the final score was enough to let every one know they won , they don't have to cheapen it

If Merriman doesn't want his dances imitated, he shouldn't dance. Respect works both ways. I think ALL NFL players should give up dancing, etc. and act like men, win or lose. You wouldn't see Jim Brown or Walter Payton out there doing a chicken dance.

And if the Chargers had won, how would they have reacted?
I don't blame those on the Patriots who did dance for doing it - it was an obvious back-handed "honor" to Shawne "Steroids" Merriman.
That being said, I concur with "MEOWY", get back to basics, take off the jewelry, quit celebrating after every freaking play - they're paid to do what they do, but when they do it, they act like they've just accomplished an impossible feat.
Get back to playing, and quit grandstanding.

No. I don't. The chargers are known for being the "dirtest team in the nfl" clearly they were just excited about their win.
