i am always discussing with myself in my mind.like hving a board of directors in there.how do i stop that?

i am always in conflict with myself ..this sometimes give me that long dreamy looks and i dnt realise that am in fact staring at people. my sun sign is pices? does it makes any difference

I had a judge and jury, until I adjourned court as I didn't deserve all the pain and self judgement, so fire the board of directors as you are the PIC (person in charge)
