She took a picture of me and my best friend, wow's a guy, sleeping on a bed. we didn't have sex, or anything... we're in a comprising position. She snapped the picture at a party. She says that she'll show it to his girlfriend, and my parents. She's angery with me for no reason. I talked to his girlfriend, and she saw the picture, she didn't care since she knows we're friends and we were asleep. Know I'm not even sure what she wants, and she threatens to show it to my mom, which would drive the wedge even more between us as it is. what should I do, the cops won't do a damn thing, because she isn't soliceting me for money... I think she's crazy, maybe power hungry, I don't know.

File a case of malicious mischief against the person who snapped a shot against you for threatening that it will be shown to other persons. You did not do anything and there are bad things being taken against you.

Tell her you told your mother and she wants to see the picture.
Take the wind right out of her sails.
If the picture is as you say, who is your mom going to believe, you (her son) or some s l u t with a camera.
Most of the time the threat of this is worse than the actual revelation. If your mother finds out, tell her it was a dare and you were having fun, dont tell her the 'i was sleep thing' even if it is true it sounds lame! (chances are she wont show the picture to your mom)
however once this chick finds out that the picture has no power to harm you, she will drop it.
In the meantime, go to the places that she attends.
If she shows it to everyone, then it is your turn to fight fire with fire. Tell everyone she gave you and your friend head and she was mad at you because when it was your turn you looked down there and it looked as if she had herpes and her crotch smells like rotten meat.
In situations like this, the man can always make the woman look like maggot food. Say it loud and be as vulgar as you an.
Do it at a party and have her run out in tears
LEt her know she cant keep FUKKING with you!

Don't wait until she goes to your mom, could be she will anyway. Better your Mom knows about it upfront. Maybe your boyfriends girlfriend could assist you with the discussion. Don't give in to this girl, it will only be something else in the long run. If it isn't enough for the police to pursue blackmail charges you could file a restraining order on the basis of harassment.
I would tell her if she continues to make threats you will have no choice but to file a restraining order on the basis of harassment and slander.
Don't back down to her, even if it means calling her bluff and telling your Mom. She sounds to be unstable, who knows what her true motive is. Some people are just so miserable they want to make everyone else miserable too. If you don't take action you are just giving her the power over you she is looking for. Don't give her the satisfaction. She isn't worth the stress and aggravation!
Stand your ground, it shows you are a strong responsible woman to stand up to this bully, you can do this find the strength within yourself.

Inform your mom, then to defuse the problem the the loser
you want 10 5x7 for all your friends, your memory book and
maybe the yearbook if they will accept it.
Tell her the quality has to be real good in the print outs so you can make more if you need them for others.
If you do not care about the picture or his GF, do not worry. Play the little snot up and have some fun.

Fess up to everyone. If you are having a problem talking to your mom, write it out or have a friend or family member or older person you trust to help explain it to her.
Sounds like it was innocent and someone is trying to use it to harrass you; point that out when you explain it and it may go a lot toward their understanding and acceptance of it.
Might bring you closer to your mom too; I suspect she would understand this type of problem.
Ask yourself "What's the worst thing could happen?" Is that worse than living in fear of this person for no reason?
You could also just print out this question and the answers you got, and have that help break the ice to talk about it.

You probably can sign a warrant against her for harassment. I do agree with others that you should tell your Mom about what is going on. The reason there is a problem with your Mom is the lines of communication are closed. Maybe by opening up to your Mom things will get better.

Call her bluff. Tell her to do it. That will shut her up, if she belives you genuinely dont care/ . I am sure your mom will believe you if you tell her the truth; if she does not believe you, then mum has to find a way to trust you. But never be afraid of anyone like this dumbass person, she cant do anything to you. Calling someones bluff by saying "oh I dont care go ahead," takesthe power away from her.

Somehow find a way to tell everyone involved and your parents, and if this person discloses the photo, its no surprise to anyone, and she will look like the fool. Keep one very important thing in mind, if you did not do anything wrong, don't sweat it. Your word and the person in the photo against hers.

You can sue her for libel.
But unless she is asking you for compensation, or is using the picture to get you to do something to keep her from showing it, she hasn't committed a crime.
Just explain the situation to your mom, then tell the girl to go ahead and show it to anyone she wants.

Remember that people who have no life on their own need something to keep them occupied. This girls is a bully and will no stop. YOU have to stop her but telling your Mum first. Ask your friend to help you stop this girl if everyone is on your side she will have no power.
