once you've achieved a rise to the occasion, semi-tightly tie a shoe string around the base of your manhood. don't let it remain tied beyond 30-45 minutes as nerve damage can start by cutting off the circulation. if your buddy starts to go numb, remove the string at once. nerve damage to this area of the body can be permanent; unable to be repaired.

I suggest that you not do this at all. If you are going to do it, then read up on the subject as much as you can. Do not use rubber bands, and do not leave the device on for more than about 3 minutes at a time. If you are going to use a ring, then keep it on for only about 3 minutes, and then take it off for a couple of minutes, and then put it back on again for no more than 3 minutes, and then take it off again. You need to do this in order to allow the blood to circulate as freely as it naturally would, because otherwise you risk causing cell damage.

Just tie a leather strap around your member and sack. Not too tight!
