I believe it's 2 hrs difference b/w pst and central time zone. So if it's 12 am in central time, it would be 10pm pst.

PST is two hours behind CST so if your using 12 am CT then its 10pm PST. EST is one hour ahead and MNT is one hour behind CST. if you need international times there should be a free internation clock online that you can use.

Subtract 2 hours. I'm also central and it's 12 something but 10 something there.

Subtract two hours from whatever time it is where you live.

To use your example 12 AM your time is 10 PM PST.
