you mean nudist beach?
About the beach...
Werrong is just one of the many beaches in the Royal National Park. It faces east and the first sun of the day falls upon it. The hill behind the beach is covered in trees and undergrowth. Those who camp overnight can be woken at dawn by wallabies wandering around your campsite. This is really getting back to nature.
How to get there...
Drive along the Princes Highway to Waterfall south of Sydney. Take the left turn to McKell Avenue and the Royal National Park driving south. At the most southern end of the park near Otford. There is a parking bay overlooking the ocean. Take the track up the hill into the park to where it joins the track to Werrong Beach. It is a strenuous 40 minutes from the car park to reach the beach. Walking back up the hill is more difficult and will take much longer. Remembering that what you carry in must be carried out.
Forget about taking eskies and beach umbrellas
Facilities
None. It is essential people take what ever they want to drink with them.
There are no toilets at the beach.
OR
Kings Beach is one of the most secluded, beautiful and "unofficial" nudist beaches in Byron … white sands, clear blue water, great body-surfing and only a 10 min drive from town. You'll be lucky to get phone coverage on your mobile and be sure to take plenty of water, sun screen, snacks and a cooler as it can get extremely hot and local conveniences are quite a distance away.
To get to Kings from Byron Bay take the coast road south towards Ballina. After Suffolk Park about 8 kilometres out turn left to the Broken Bay Caravan Park / Beach. Just before you enter the caravan park, a narrow gravel road leads off to the right into the national park.
Keep driving up the hill until you see plenty of cars in the car area on your left and park. Note that during peak times you may have to continue driving around the mountain until you reach a free space, if this is the case you need to walk back to the car area and make your way to the end of the car park where you will find a trail on your right. Their are some steep steps on your way down to the beach and it's quite a mini hike.
