because people with low self esteem dont care for people who are confident in themselves and they lash out by saying the person is conceited

Either way, there's pretty much no way to look at someone and know whether they are confident or conceited. It's good to think that you are perfect in a way, but it goes over the line when you think too highly of yourself that it negativly affects others.

You can be confident without always trying to draw attention to yourself. I think it's called quiet confidence. Where you can act assure of yourself without saying "I'm great" or whatever. While confidence isn't having low self-esteem and shrugging yourself off, it's also not drawing attention to yourself and MAKING everyone know just how "confident" you are.

being conceited is when u brag ur achievements & capabilities 2 evryone...

Being confident is different from being conceited. One can be confident without being too much into him/herslf.
