i've always kept just a small stud in for my nose ring.. but now i am wanting to change it to a small hoop. where can i find small hoop nose rings online and what gauge is it??? can i just use any hoop kinda ring?

Try Hot Topic's website or even Ebay if you wanted to. When I had my nose pierced I was told it was an 18 or 20g. They're pretty small, probably about the size of a normal earring.
