Good heavens, no. They might burn for a long while, but washing them for five to ten minutes if it's really uncomfortable should do the trick. If I were you, I'd get someone to go to the store and buy you some moisturizing eye drops - NOT the kind which take the redness out of your eyes though!!!! Please! And...Don't worry about your hands. After a day of washing, they'll probably smell just fine. You could try baking soda to wash the smell out.

mustard in your eyes will cause irritation ,but nothing more,splash a lot of cool water to lessen discomfort which is short lived anyway,never rub eyes in an attempt to relieve discomfort.you will need to wash very thoroughly to rid mustard smell from hands,rubbing hands with the cut surface of a lemon,gets rid of most kitchen smells.

no, just rinse your eyes
use lemon to wash your hands
that will take away the smell
