Yes. Very easily. Here are some ways:
-Create a Player (depth wise like Tiger Woods Golf has)
-Create a Venue
-Create a Song (would be hard to pull off but great if they did it right)
-More purchaseable items from store
-Downloadable songs to storage device (i/e memory card or hard drive) - This one is HUGE
-import songs in mp3 form and have the game translate them into playable songs
-incorporate microphone/headset or other instruments for a full 'Band Hero'
-Varying setlists for different difficulties
-More choices in career mode (i.e which songs to play at a set, which city/venue to go to, etc.)
-some form of online play
That is all I can think of off the top of my head. Don't get me wrong, the game is fantastic, but it can be improved/expanded quite easily.
