What kind of places? Not that it makes a difference, but the predominantly black neighborhoods are those in the West End between Market St. & Algonquin Pkwy. and those in the Newburg neighborhood centered along Newburg Rd., East Indian Trail, & Rangeland Rd. Since these areas are mostly black, most places to go in these neighborhoods would be more likely to be mostly black as well.
