first just play guitar for that songs .....that makes your hand set on guitar for that songs.........then try with song that take time for timing & tuning.but after practice u can do it easily .......start with slow tempo..........

my husband does it alot...he plays lead guitar in his band and sings backup....he doesnt have trouble but hes been doing it for years. Im sure it just takes practice.

That gets me, too. It must take a lot to multi-task. Especially trying to stay in rhythm.
