I have one dimple on one side of my smile and a very small one on the other...i wanna know how i could make that dimple bigger...like the size of the other...it's awkward an im very selfconcious about it

get over it. it would take some plastic surgery of some sort, but really... it would never be perfect anyhow.
if you are self-conscious of a dimple... you should go see a shrink... there are some much deeper issues at hand...

It's probably not going to change no matter what you do. Don't be self-conscious. It sounds totally cute.
