The planet Mars, the moon, Milky-Way Galaxy, some where off-planet is the only safe place. Islamic terrorists will not stop until all Americans are either dead or have converted to Islam and all your sisters, moms, and girlfriends are all wearing burqas.

The least violent country in the world that is populated and actually very nice is probably ICELAND. You can move there or put in a grant to uncover why Iceland is so peaceful....they will go for that one.
