Are you for real?
1. They wouldn't get close enough.
2. We don't have the death penalty.
3. We have moved on a bit since 1542.
4. It's 'a' person, not 'an' person. And presumably you mean 'go' up to?

You would have to be of Non English origin to think of this.
Why not put your brain to some proper use, and think about how you can be a better person, and a better ambassador for your country.
Incidentally, you would technically be committing an act of assault.
Most people reading your question, would be put of going to the USA , and your tourism industry would inevitably suffer as a result!
If you're thinking of coming to England, don't, someone might just spit in your face!

No you don`t do that to Royalty ,it would make every one know how common and bad mannered you were (we don`t like bad manners )
but if you want to go to Downing Street and call T Blair a few names and spit in his eye ,i think that would be appropriate and fairly acceptable

We wouldn't do anything, we don't execute here in the UK.
Plus i don't think you'd be able to get close enough to spit in their face as they have body guards all around them.

To suggest such a thing IS an insult enough.

If you did such a thing youd be sent to the U K Pen
and then youd wish that they had executed you

no, the british government strongly oppose death penalties. even though you wont be put to death you will no doubt be punished, and i don't think that would be fun
