Do the best you can, and if you're that unhappy, get out. Life's too short.
BTW, I'm a former teacher - love the kids, but I couldn't play politics. Still hoping to find a happy alternative.

Dear friend ,a true teacher is a human being ,who is a student through-out his life. Therefore, please don't think that you are alone in sharing the burden of work, all of us think ourselves to be in the same situation. So you are not alone, all the future generation is dependent on your efforts. So please, be a bold man and fulfil the aspirations of the masses and work with full dedication, and devotion. May the almighty help you in getting you full satisfaction of the job. Thank you. And with best regards to your profession. Surendra Bateja

Your thinking is totally wrong. As a teacher you are expected to lead by example. Analyse whether you are in the right profession in the first place. If not please quit at once .Look for a profession suiting your tastes. Learn to organise and enjoy your work.

Do the work !!! Slowly you will find the work reducing. Don't pile up the work or you will be buried under the pile. I pity the poor students !!!!
