I have a similar taste in music...here are some artists I enjoy...James Morrison, Keane, Snow Patrol, Nada Surf, Damien Rice, Travis, The Killers, Grey's Anatomy Soundtrack (Various Artists, I know but worth a listen), The Feeling ("Sewn" is a great track, good introduction to their sound), The Fray, Paolo Nutini.

Rather than trying to guess what you may like as all the others, just go to pandora.com and put in the band name you like. It's a web radio site that will play similar music to what you plug in. Very cool for finding new music.
