dose a juvenile abortion need consent from both mother and father in the state of ohio , and do parents have any sayso in it? in other terms , can a father force his daughter to get a abortion to get a abortion without the consent from both parents ?

I do not believe that a daughter can be forced against her will to have an abortion. However, as is the case with any other elective medical procedure, abortion does require the consent of at least one parent if the patient is a minor.

I know parents can't force their child to have abortions. in msot states they can't say 'no' either, but they may be notified that it happened
