The most important quality of a woman is the same as that of a man, or anyone. Personal integrity. I don't think that a woman's worth is solely through having children. There are so many more things a woman can do that contribute to society in many more ways.

She's quiet, compassionate, kind, considerate and most of all non-judgmental. She should encourage her man to develop to his fullest potential. There's also another saying that goes like this: "A man goes into marriage, hoping that the woman he marries, will never change.And she always does. The woman, on the other hand , goes into marriage hoping to change the man. But he never does.

So another important quality in a woman is the ability not to have the expectations to change the man she marries. If she doesn't want him the way he is; she shouldn't have married him in the first place.
