I'm confused, if it has hooks then you can take it off. But if its like a sports bra then just slip it over your head .

it has to come off one way or another. Just un hook the hooks and the back and there you go its off!!! If you cant reach the hooks then get some one else to unhook it for you.

umm, yeah, duh. u just like unhook it, or if its like stuck, then i guess u could cut it as a last resort. but of cousre its possible to take ur bra off! how else would u change it or shower?
