How long has it been? I think the adoption agency has a lot to do with it. I adopted and it only took my husband and I about 11 months before we had brought our newborn baby home.
The agency we used was Independent Adoption Center.

To get a baby you are recommended to have at least $30,000 or more. babies are hard to come by in the usa, or ones with no congenital defects are. There might be some teenage mothers who are wanting to give their babies up for adoption. I dont recommend going through the CPS of your state because of the aforementioned.
