Well, you could borrow someone else's tools like, say a hammer or better yet, a SLEDGEhammer, & then go & bust up other peoples stuff.! (Dont forget to be polite tho, after you;ve smashed a few things & feel relieved...return the hammer and say "thank you") But seriously, the very BEST way to release tension if you dont yet own anything would be to rent/borrow a chain saw! You just wont believe the FUN ur going to have CUTTING up ANYTHING you want to, or the incredible RUSH you'll get when ur cutting up stuff! (This works even if ur a small man or woman, and is guaranteed to release all your ur tension, give u a great feeling of power, & u'll feel SO MUCH BETTER when ur done.) If u do happen to be a smaller person, especially if u r an Asian man, a nice touch would be a short little bow when u thank the lender & return the chain saw.) Y'see, u dont need things anyway when u can USE other peoples' stuff. (They wont even try to stop u cuz they'll think u've gone berserky, & u'll pull it off, especially if u thank 'em afterward, & u'll want to anyway cuz all ur tensions will be gone!)

Is there a lake near you? It's just about the right time to go jump in an ice cold lake and feel how alive you really are!! If not, maybe the YWCA has a warm pool. I like to swim to get rid of tension. Good Luck!!! @8-)
