In the sense of fixing stuff, no. And my Father is living proof. He got a screw stuck in our dryer once and thought grease would fix it. Not to mention the many exploded toilets...

HECK NO!! I live with one who is not, it is a nightmare! whenever he picks up a tool i am afraid of what he is going to break next! there are so many unfinished projects, so many projects he started then messed up so bad i will have to hire someone. my garage is full of materials that will never get used. it is really bad. i HAD sprinklers automated in the front, side and back yard once upon a time, that lasted a year, until he mowed them all down! oh, please for a man who could fix something, make a living or care about anything but himself!! oops sorry, no they are not all handy

not really, im real handy i have a bunch of tools and know how to use them and im good with cars. So i notice that im always being asked for helps from girls and suprisingly alot form my guy firends. some of them cant even do a simple tune up on their car.

They like to think they are but I say its a big NO! If they don't know how to do something...they fake it. (a woman is better off doing it herself, it would get done and done right the first time)
