I really wanna know if i'm late or not but i am unsure if you time it from the first day of your period or your last? I've always thought you calculated from the last day of your period.

you calculate from your first day. try the site below. I use it every month to track my period. It will also tell you when you are late

Start counting from the first day of your period. you cycle can be anything from 24 to 34 days long and still be normal. 28 days is just the average.

Keep track of the day you START your period each month. you will see a pattern of how many days between periods you have. "Typically" (if there is such a thing) it is between 28-30 days.
