why do guys seem nicer than girls?

It's weird it seems like guys are about 90% more likely to say hi to you (even if you don't know them) on the street. Guys can eat alone and won't care if they're alone or with friends. Just walk into any fast food restaurant and you'll see like at least 4 guys eating alone and you never see a girl by herself. I don't mind eating alone and I don't mind eating with friends. When you're walking down the street and you see a guy walking in the opposite direction he'll say hi. But if you see a girl they'll just keep looking straight. It seems kind of weird 'cause it seems like girls are more social therefore they'd be more likely to say hi.

hmm...i don't know...guys are typically more laid back and chill and girls tend to over analyze situations...like sitting alone would make them think about how they look sitting alone and what others think about her when she's sitting alone and stuff like that but guys are just like "hmm...this hamburger is heaven.." kinda stuff i guess..i'm not saying guys are dumb or simple..i just think girls over analyze stuff sometimes...

i feel the same way. i live in a BIG city and its so easy for me, as a guy, to make friends with guys. we are more approachable because mostly we dont judge people. woman are so critical when they just glance at anyone! theres usually a million things going on in their heads....kinda scary if you ask me. i love being alone and i believe that a lot of guys out there do too.

i've noticed that in some girls, but most of the time they say hi.
