Also, if anybody knows, which are the best insititues for both of the languages (in Delhi)?

I think Chinese but it's very difficult I would say more than Japanese. But if you don't know the language yet it will take you years before you can name yourself a "foreign language specialist".

Here you have people from all over the world that may not understand what you mean by Delhi, it's New Delhi.

English. Other than that I think Mandarin Chinese will grow in scope as more and more Chinese companies move in and ask for people proficient in their language. But currently French, Spanish, German and Japanese languages have good scope because many companies do ask for people proficient in these languages specially Spanish.
