[Mind-Control Machine]...Is it possible to create a computer that controls the human mind? and re-program the mind to control it's actions? (e.g. kill the president)

The Mythbusters (on Discovery channel) tried out a bunch of devices, and found that none could control the human mind, however I am certain that in the future there will be such an advancement in technology that it will be possible. Thinking about it is quite scary though, because it would probably be the most dangerous weapon in existence.
