Indy and Chicago. Winner Indy.

Here's a brutal dose of reality guys....

I know that the Saints are sentimental favorites, with the Katrina tragedy fresh on everyone's mind. However, I really don't see them beating Chicago at Soldier Field. The Saints will give the Bears everything they have, and it will be a close one, but not enough to win... the pick: Chicago 21 New Orleans 17

Now on to the AFC:
This is a game that will really be no contest. You have Indianapolis, a team that for all of its supposed offensive firepower, could not generate a touchdown against Baltimore. Granted, the Raven's defense was tough, but you have to be able to score against anyone if you want to win the Super Bowl. Tony Dungy, while a good coach, is a young Marty Schottenhemier, Tampa Bay dropped him for a reason...
On the other hand you have The Team of the Decade; New England. On paper they don't APPEAR to be loaded, but as San Diego can confirm, they are. As much as a lot of fans don't like the Patriots, face the facts, they are the best team in the NFL. The Colts can pat themselves on the back for another good season, I suggest they enjoy the week, because Sunday isn't going to be much fun... The pick: New England 42 Indianapolis 6

Ok, so its down to two teams now. Chicago vs New England in the Super Bowl. The Bears began the season dominant, but injuries have depleted their once fearsome defense. Even the Seahawks took them all the way into overtime, with Shaun Alexander rolling up 100+ yards on them. The Bears were forced into letting Grossman carry the team, which he did admirably; however, Rex Grossman is not Tom Brady. He will make crucial mistakes early in the game, thanks to New England's confusing defense. This will put him out of rhythm for the entire game, not good... The Patriots will roll over the Bears on their way to their 4th Championship of the decade... The pick: New England 38 Chicago 13

And thats the bottom line.

I said this three weeks ago, and I'm sticking with it.
Colts-Saints with the Colts winning. The Colts defense is playing excellent and Peyton Manning will play well against the Pats. The Saints have too much talent and will prevail against the Bears who had a very close game with the Seahawks.

The Patriots will play The Saints in the Super Bowl and the New Orleans Saints will win. They have more to prove with all their difficulties of not having a stadium till this year after Hurricane Katrina. They have never won it before and this year THEY WANT TO WIN AND THEY WILL!

OHHH PLEASE PEOPLE...wahhhh wahhh wahhh...saints deserve it because their city got wrecked...ohhh boo hoo....THIS IS FOOTBALLL...not hurricane suppourt systems...The saints are too young to beat the bears.....the bears will get multiple turnovers and probably a d/st TD...they will win....Pats will crush INDY....indy has no doubt played two good games...but Pats are just too good of a team right now...they whoopt Jets, Beat the number 1 seed, TOm brady is amazing in domes...Manning is horrible in playoffs...and Tom Brady is amazing in Playoffs....Our defense is just amazing right now....LT did hurt us...but 4 turnovers...they only had 15 all season and we get 4 turnovers....over 20% of their total for the whole entire season...in one game...we will easily do that w/ indy, MAnning is only 1td, and 5 int against pats in playoffs...SOOOOOO>>>Pats vs. Bears....and then repeat of the reg. season...Pats win...
