How to clear brontok virus?

I am working in an internet cafe. Recently the PCs become slower. I assume that it is becos of virus. I am ad aware scan but doesnot help much. Plse advise

start-all programs-accessories-system tools-defragmenter & then from same spot accessories-disk cleaner. run both these and the pc's will run much faster.you should run them every 2 weeks at min. and this free tool will help with virus & spyware. http://spywareterminator.com good luck.
