Always choose an exit row if possible, much more leg space. I enjoy looking out the window, and abhor the middle seat (if there are 3), but the aisle is okay. Sitting at the front of the plane is decent because you don't have to wait as long before deplaning.

Middle, because if terrorism occurs, the terrorists are more likely to block and watch the front and the back and if the plane shakes or suddenly goes up or down, people in the middle won't feel that earache or so much of the shaking.

The Front. Either I am in the front left seat, or I try to be as close to the front as possible.

First class preferably but if I can't get an upgrade then I go for aisle seat in a bulkhead or emergency exit row.

In the front. I'm the first on, first off, all those poor ba$tards flying coach have to walk by me, my meals are somewhat edible and the drinks are free.

Oh yeah... I like the window seat.
