I'd go to the medical school and or hospital and grab an amputated arm and leg then pay up. Who is gonna miss them anyway. I would prefer the med school 'cause that person is probably dead and no family member is gonna complain, the body was already donated. I sure would leave a lot of blood on those body parts though!! I never welch on a bet

A bet is a bet! I never welsh! Yah losing an arm would suck, and as far as the leg goes, well, I have a third leg that I can use! If you know what I mean!

If you bet someone AN arm and a leg, not specifying your own, just use someone else's.
But I'd still be running away really fast!

Actually, the way I look at it, we are only as good as our word.
How would you like to be percieved as...? Someone who stands by your word, or someone who does not value what you say?
If it was you who won the bet, how would you have expected the outcome...?
I think you should do the right thing, not the easy thing....

I would pay, but with someone else's. If the other party cheated on the bet, I might pay them with their own.
