There is this guy who lives down the street from me, he thinks I'm hot but he is the ex boyfriend of this girl at my school. I don't want her to get mad at me!! And how do I impress him, what if he is too shy to make the first move, should I?? HELP!!!!!!

dont worry about the other girl at school..do what your gut says she can't be mad at you they had there time together and they moved on obviously. now if you and her are close friends that might be different but just a girl you know no big deal. go talk to him and get to know him well invite him to dinner or something that could be a date or might be just a friend thing and see how he reacts...you have to make him make a move sort of. good luck!

What do you think of the guy. If you do like him, than go for it. Don't worry about the other girl if she's not your friend, if she is than do thinking about it. I wouldn't date my friend's ex. But if she's not, than give it try. There's a lot of people like that at my school, sure she'll get mad at you because you have her ex, but that's nothing to worry about. Good Luck!! Best of wishes.
