I have a Dish Network dual tuner DVR and would like to hook up a second TV that is not near the reciever. I have existing cabling in the walls. Do I need to run a new cable from the back of the DVR through the walls and to the other TV? If so, is there any other way? Running Cable through the walls now is not possible.

Does your existing cable in the wall go to your second TV and is not being used by anything else? Then I'd use that! Other than that, I'd use a set of wireless A/V senders.

Those are $130 for the pair and will also let you use your remote control from the other room although I think the dual tuner Dish DVR has a UHF remote anyway, but if it doesn't the senders will send the remote signal, too.
