macys, sears, jcpenneys are probably your best bets for a good yet cheap dress. you don't want something too formal that you can't dance and have fun in, but you still want to look good. there's a store in my local mall called bangbang, they have some pretty good dresses. see if there's an outlet near where you live.
i got my dress from macy's, and it's really nice. i like it a lot.
hope this helps, and have fun at grad!!!

Go back to Wet Seal. They have this black turtleneck dress there... The seam is in kinda a weird place. Then go to the belt section and get a thick belt to cover it with. If it's a fancy occasion, go with a silver belt. They have plenty of accessories to go with it. :)

you ought to locate an eighth grade commencement gown for inexpensive at places like macys, dillards, sears, or jcpenny...actual any branch save, you do no longer want to spend too plenty...its in basic terms eighth grade, save the enormous dollars for top college.

try ann taylor or nordstrom rack, or marshall's or tj maxx. ann taylor is really affordable if there's a sale, plus they look rather nice, while at nordstrom rack, marshall's or tj maxx has some really good deals if you spend time searching. i've found a pair of sevens there.
