I wanted to remind everyone that this happen when I was eleven years of age. I am a lot older now. I saw this beauitful picture of my mother when she was young and I began to think about the first time I ever saw her cry.

I would always come up to my other and try to comfort her..or just sit next to her..and cry with her...
or i would look at her alone and cry..let her hace some alone time..when she does that
or talk to her after that..

The very first time I saw my mother cry, I was six years old and we went to my grandparents house, only to find my grandfather's dead body. It was the scariest thing to see my mom cry and the only thing I could think of to do was to tell her that Papa never liked it when we cried, so she had better stop before he wakes up. I was young and naive, but nonetheless, she let out a chuckle between sobs, and we just sat in the chair in the corner of the room until the ambulance came.

The only thing you can do in this situation is ask her what is wrong and be her shoulders to cry on. Every mother always try so hard to be the strong one in any situation but they are bond to crack. If she dont want to talk about it, let her be. I know when i cry, it relieves my stress just a little bit. When she is ready to talk about it she will...sorry about your mom's situation with that dumb loser. He will get what he deserves. Good luck....

Hardly ever cries, very secret with emotions, but when she did and I believe it was when her father died (I was probably 5 or 6) I remember hugging and consoling her and also remember asking her how long it would be before she died! Thank God she was right, she told me she would be around a long time. She's 77!!!
