No, it's not true that Walt Disney had himself chryogenically frozen after his death. As someone else already mentioned, when he died of lung cancer he was cremated. His ashes reside at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Gelndale, California. It's such an awful rumor. In fact, when Walt Disney was alive many people had no idea what chryogenic freezing was. In many biographies about Walt Disney one of his daughters claims her father didn't even know of chryogenic freezing.

Hope I could help!

It’s widely believed that Walt did have himself frozen immediately after his death, so that they could someday thaw him out and cure his cancer.

But what none of these people (sometimes called ‘corpsicles’) take into consideration, is the fact that a frozen person is a corpse. Even if we had a cure for cancer, there is no cure for the billions of ruptured cells caused by expanding ice crystals. That would kill the person AGAIN.

Read some of the works of Larry Niven for more details. He has written stories about ‘corpsicles’ who were revived in the future—and wished they weren’t!

Nope, Walt Disney did not have any part of himself put into cryogenic suspension before or after his death
And contrary to Urban legends, his corpse definitely isn't stored under the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland.

He died in 1966, was cremated, and was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California. You can go visit his grave there and find out for yourself. At that time, cryogenics was at its infancy as well.

It is possible to be frozen, there are actually many people frozen right this very second. The problem is bringing them back. No one has been able to be successfully brought back to life. Think about it, let's say you have cancer. Get frozen, and then get woken up when there is a cure, not bad, huh?
