Dem = 12 of highest contributors gave 90 or more of their contributions to Dems

Repub= 0 of highest contributors gave 90% or more of their contributions to Repubs.

Of the 20 highest contributors 14 gave the majority of their funds to Dems repubs only had 3 and there were 3 that split equally.

So much for the belief that the rich give mostly to Repubs..

As you can see most of the dems support is from laborer unions. What is that average years of schooling achieved for workers in labor unions?

Interesting. I'm not familiar with this organization, so I wouldn't swear to it's accuracy. I'm surprised that Soros isn't at the top.
Assuming it's true, I'm not surprised.

Let's talk about spin!

These are all organizations and companies. Organizations are not the rich. If you look at these organizations, most of them are unions that represent a lot of not so rich people.

Get some stats on who individuals give to to make your last statement.

Also, I think you'll find that lots of rich people give to Democrats. I don't know where you get the idea that the rich give to Republicans. Think of all the rich Hollywood people that are Democrats.

Thanks for posting this. Not that I don't trust you but I'll check it out and verify your stated facts. I used to be a leftwing Demonrat and have since "evolved" into a rightwing Christian conservative/libertarian Republican. About as 180-degree a turn as is humanly possible in political circles.

I'm wondering why all these 'blue voters' have failed to understand that the Demonrats are no more the party of the average or little guy than they would have those same voters believe. In 1913, it was the Demonrats who passed legislation through Congress that created the Federal Reserve as a private corporation.

This, they said, was to stabilize the American economy. Only because the folks who ended up owning the Federal Reserve had previously created financial panics so that the politicians would act in their favor by creating a privately run central bank.

Since the Federal Reserve came into existence we've seen the deterioration of the United States economy. In the Agricultural Depression over 1,000,000 families lost their farms - because they wouldn't buckle in and join the Fed's System. Then these owners of the Federal Reserve engineered the Great Depression. This second revelation is made abundantly clear by current Fed Chairman Bernanke's comments at Milton Friedmans 90th birthday bash.

What's the easiest way to make money? Buy low. Sell high. Buy banks and businesses when they crash and wait to sell them when "the economy recovers."

In the 1970's the American consumer (was duped again) was led to believe that their was a shortage of oil. The end was near! Prices skyrocketed and people waited in lines to get their fuel. You may be too young to remember all the mom/pop gas stations that were scattered across the country.

Where are they today? Most of them got squeezed in the 70's Oil Crunch. And who really owns the oil companies today? The leftwing lunatics would have you believe that President Bush owns all the oil in Western Society. But then they also claim to care about the little guy.

In 1900 (before the Fed was created) the average American paid about 5% of their earnings in taxes to support the local, state and federal government. By 2000, that number was up to over 33%. And lest we forget about public debt which was virtually non-existent then and many believe will never be paid off now.

No politician wants to talk about much of this since the folks who own the Federal Reserve make money off of public indebtedness. It is the single most profitable business in the world.

The fact is the American people probably do not have the spine to stand up for themselves and typically elect the kind of leaders who will only acquiece and comply with the owners of the Federal Reserve. They are systematically bankrupting our nation and just like the proverbial frog in the saucepan on the stove - we are slowly being cooked for dinner without realizing it.

The bottom line is that both parties (Jerry Brown was right about one thing) are run by the rich. And the politicians in each Party are in control/power just about as much as a puppet on a string.

Why is none of this covered in depth by the mainstream media? Because the same folks who own the Federal Reserve also control the majority stock of CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN not to mention network radio and so many thousands of newspapers and magazines across the United States. They want you to believe the Demonrats are the Party of the People and that America is a Free Nation (without God?) because that's what people want to believe.

There's an old adage in business: you sell them what they want to buy.

If anyone were to doubt the fact that the Demonrats are financed by the rich any less than the Republicans are financed by the rich then they should ask themselves one question: where do they get the money to compete?

The real question is: what are you going to do about it? Are you going to copy this and send it to your fellow Americans? Will you organize your election precinct? Educate others as I have done here? Talk with potential candidates and candidates about this very topic and get their commitment?

Or will you do nothing? Let apathy run rampant? Let things go on as they have been and let America fall into the ruins of history as just another great society that crumbled?

You, my friend, are just like me. We're responsible for the way things are. Ignorance aside - we are able to respond and to make a difference. President Kennedy tried to do something about this issue - until a bullet incidentally entered his skull.

The problem with Demonrats today is that they forgot the wisdom of JFK somewhere along the way. Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.

I believe a lot of the rich are smart, therefore for vote Democrat. The only rich republican contributors are the ones who have Hugh business that benefit from republicans being in power: energy & oil, construction, defence, polutors, ie.
