How does a tortiss become used? What did you used it for? Does it still work? I don't think you can seel it on Ebay, they don't seel live animals and if they did you probrably would have to list it as used for 9 years and then no one would bid on it. I think you would be out of luck with Mamazon too as they only seel mammals. I think you are looking for Reptizon. You may have a better chance at selling it if you list it as a tortoise instead of a tortiss.

I hope you were drunk when you wrote this:
A) What is wrong with anyone for selling an animal on ebay?
B) How much can you get for it? You should be more worried about it going to a good home!
C) If you have had an animal for 9 years that you didnt want or properly care for (note: tortoise is how the animal is spelled) than I can only hope you get tossed out of something after 9 years.

If the tortoise is in good shape, you can usually sell it quickly by just putting up a flyer at the local pet shop that deals with reptiles, or selling it to a pet shop. Tortoises are usually easy to sell for a fair price.
What is fair in your case?
- what species is it?
- what sex is it?
- how old/big is it?
- is it in good health or not?
- shell problems or injuries?
- eating well?
Neither eBay nor Amazon deal with live animals. You can post a photo at http://www.turtleforum.com and see if they can help you assess it and possibly even find someone to buy it from you!

Find a local reptile rescue. They will know how to care for your Tortise and find it a good home. Selling it in the paper or something can land the animal in an ignorant or ill-equipped home. Do what's best for the animal.
