Fight scenes in movies are ALL fakes. It does not matter who vs. whom. While some techniques shown in fight scenes are legitimate, the fights are all choreographed and the actors practice each moves several times - sometimes as long as a month to get a 5 second shot. Moves used in movies are all exaggerated and flashy. What is effective in real life does not look good on the big screen and what looks spectacular on the big screen is impractical in real life. Can a girl win a fight against a man - yes. But you do not use movies as the foundation to determine what is real.
