Can someone plz help me with FF 12?

Can anyone tell me how the heck to get the diamond armlet? I've been to the Estersand village to buy it, but isn't there... Am I missing some loot that I need in order to get it? Thanks!

How far are you in the game? That is the location it is available, so if you can't purchase it yet, you may need to advance the storyline. It doesn't require selling loot, the merchant will have it (not in the bazaar, it will be in the Accessories).
